Anyone start AF today?

AF came today (July 22nd) 👎🏼
It would be nice to speak to anyone who has the same cycle as me to have a bit of advice etc. Especially when it comes to ovulation time, testing, temping etc. 
I have PCOS, TTC baby#1 for 4 years, regular periods. This last cycle was 29 days but I average at 31 days. 
Hoping someone can come on board with me and share knowledge and help

Hi! AF came for me as well on 7/23 and its a few days early... I too have Pcos, and trying for baby#3. I have 2 boys and I had a miscarriage in October 2018.

Af started this morning for me. 2nd chemical in a row. I should ovulate some time between August 8 and 10 (30 day cycles on average). I have 4 children and this is my second time around ttc so I am happy to help with any questions you have.
I track bbt, cm and use opks and I test early and often.
