I really need help and some encouragement

Elizabeth • Mon, Jul 22 • Mother of three beautiful daughters, had a miscarriage January 2013 and November 2018 and several since than trying for my rainbow baby

So 7/20 I found out I was pregnant

Today 7/22 I started to heavily bleed no soaking a pad but it’s like a period bleed but my test are still positive

What could be going on I can’t take another miscarriage right now I really need help I have to call my doctor tomorrow for an appointment
