Any good probiotics?

My doctor suggested I start taking a probiotic. Anyone know any good ones that work well?

When I needed to take a probiotic, my doctor recommended me eat one Activia yogurt each day. That's what I did, and it was good, didn't have that chalky yogurt taste.
