Yeast infection?

Sorry for the graphic picture..I’ve only used Monistat one other time and was wondering if this is normal for it to come out like this? (Also have my period right now).... I have just taking Monistat a few hours ago & checked my pad to this.

Update: I found that this is common that the egg may fall out but as long as it comes out flat the medicine has delivered....would this be considered it coming out flat?
