My husband and I are ready to buy a house we finally have the means and have planned ahead. I’m just frustrated because all the areas we are looking barely have any houses within our price range. If they are within the range they are run down. I don’t mind fixing a house up to our standards, but I don’t want to spend more than we can afford fixing a house that is already over priced. I’m just full of anxiety because I want to get out of my MIL’s and FIL’s house. I need my own space... Here’s to hoping that something decent pops up soon!
