Nipple piercing tips?

I really want to get my nipples pierced, does any one have any tips on what to expect or what kind of bra should I wear when I get them pierced? Or even just general experience when getting it done?

I’ve had mine done twice. Breathe through the piercing and it’ll be painless, but seriously you gotta focus on your breathing! 
After both I wore a tight but not suffocating sports bra because the pressure on them will help get you through the day. 
I took mine out the first time because one of them just wouldn’t heal, about a year and a half later I went for the second time and they’ve been fine. It’s been over a year and they’ll still crust but cleaning them daily in the shower is something you’ll have to do. 
Make sure the place you go to is clean & well recommended. Good luck :)

I just got mine done a week ago and honestly they were not as bad as I thought they were going to be. The first one didn’t hurt at all and the second was like a small pinch! I didn’t wear a bra to get them done or for a day after but I find having something tight, like a tank top, right up against them helps if you don’t wanna wear a bra. A loose shirt just seems to irritate them and make them hurt. You can wear either a sports bra or regular bra! The hardest part about these is having to stick dixie cups to your boobs to soak them 3x a day haha
