Coconut water. Safe or not ???

I am 19 week of pregnancy. Some of my friends told that coconut water is not safe during early pregnancy. Is it true ?

Ive had coconut water (both bottled & fresh from the actual coconut) & im 19+6 today. Saw baby in scan few days ago he was doing well. U r probably fine.

I think it’s fine. It’s actually a good source of electrolytes and will keep you hydrated. I have been having almost one everyday since week 6. I am now 16 weeks and doing ok.
