I need an opinion...

I have all the symptoms of PCOS (Oily skin, cystic acne, weight gain, irregular periods, excess hair on my face and belly) We’ve been trying for a little over a year and no luck. I’m currently trying to find a doctor that will take my insurance. Should I be worried..?
