I have been drinking fertilitea and it has been helping with cm. It has vitex, red raspberry leaf, green tea, ladies mantle, neddle, and peppermint. I have only been trying it for a month and I have had two periods this month. The first one might have been breakthrough bleeding however. So I am going to see how it continues to work.

Clomid made me ovulate at 50mg last  month but bfn so I'm currently on month2 of 50mg of clomid

Both Clomid & Letrazole/Femera work for me, but Clomid gave some side effects, so my dr only prescribes L/F now.

After I first got off BC my cycles were 54-74 days long. I started taking vitex and my first cycle on that was 35 days and my second was 28 with temperature spike and cm signaling ovulation. Trying opk this next cycle. ?

I am on metaformin 2000 mg a day when I first was on it didn't help but my doctor up'd it and I got my monthly but I also underwent  a procedure call lapascopic and found some issue that was preventing my periods and fixed and also did ovarian drilling where it breaks the outter shell of the ovary where it helps you ovulat with PCOS this is common so far everything is working correctly

I was given Clomid last november. Crap thing was that when I was prescribed them and advised to take them for 4 months, i couldnt take them because I wasn't having a period ? when I spoke to the gynae's secretary she advised to take it even if i was bleeding by a drop. So I did. And nothing happened ? went back in March this year and have been taking Letrozole. Same method as Clomid. Ive been having periods regularly however the pain and heaviness has been excruciating!! The last time I had pain like this was when I miscarried over a year ago. However I am keeping (or trying rather) to not think about it too much. Letrozole may help you, see what your gyanecologist says. Hope something positive happens soon ? ps: i gave up using ovulation kits because whenever I looked at the result it was alwaya negative ? hope this helps. Kinda! X
