What is this?? TMI

Sorry in advance for the TMI but anyone have any idea what this could be?? My boyfriend said he noticed it before but for the past couple days it actually started getting uncomfortable. It hurts when there’s pressure or if my legs closed on it. I tried popping it thinking it was an ingrown hair or something but only got blood. Thank you for the help in advance.
