IMPORTANT!!

So it actually isn’t that important but it will be for people craving a little something or need a quick snack. I will be giving an easy recipe for..............ELOTE!!! Yep, Mexican streetfood corn but at home.

You’ll need a can of corn, mayonnaise, 1 1/2 - 2 tbs. butter, garlic powder and pepper*, 1 lime, and parmesan cheese.

Step 1. Drain the corn REALLY good so it doesn’t water down the mayo before putting it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds.

Step 2. Cut up the butter into small bits to help melt it faster in the corn.

Step 3. Add the mayo and I used about 2 tablespoons but you can add more or less if you want. Also add the juice of half a lime

(So I wanted to note that the garlic powder and pepper is optional but I found that the taste of mayo was overwhelming and the two helped with it)

Step 4. Simply top with Parmesan cheese (no measurement for that lol) and if you truly want to top it off, sprinkle on a little chili powder or paprika.
