Pre ivf bloodwork? Day 2 or day 3?

Hi, we are about to go to our first consultation for ivf and we are excited and nervous. Would appreciate any tips on the preparations.
What blood tests did you take before starting ivf and when did you take them in your cycle? Some clinics say you take FSH, LH, estradiol on day 2, some say day 3, so I'm really confused.  Did you take Progesterone on day 21 or day 3? 
Did you do any other tests? 
When did your partner do his sperm test? Thank you!

You can have the first lot of tests anytime day 1-3. In addition to those mentioned you need amh (looks for ovarian reserve - how many eggs) and tsh (thyroid). The progesterone test looks to see if you ovulated. It is typically done on day 21 but this is based on a standard 28 day cycle. Mine were 24, so tested on day 18. If your cycles are irregular then I suggest having the progesterone repeated a couple of days apart. Good luck with your journey :)
