Appetite suppressant??

Anyone know any good appetite suppressant? I have a hard time not snacking and I’m watching my calories.

As cliche as this might sound but water is fabulous. Every time I would think I was hungry (also dieting) I would drink a FULL bottle of water and sat for 10 mins if I was STILL hungry after that I would go for empty calories, like veggies or other healthy alternatives. If you’re truly hungry don’t stop yourself from eating! Just make sure you’re actually hungry. Our bodies commonly get dehydration and hunger confused naturally!

Yes, water so good! Often times our body doesn’t distinguish between thirst and hunger, and our mind convinces is its hunger 😉 also, make sure you’re fueling you body with the right foods.
I just finished a nutrition course that focused on balanced eating, eliminating processed foods, breaking sugar addictions, etc. if that sounds like something you’d enjoy going through let me know!!
