Implantation?

Okay, so today I noticed really really light blood Mark's on my underwear. Nothing when I wipe, but two small streaks of light blood just there. I'm not sure what to make of it, and to be honest I'm really confused. I've only been off my period for a week, we had sex 2 nights ago. I'm not sure if it could be implantation or my body still out of wack from being off bc??

Anyone know what implantation bleeding looks like/ what your body feels like (from personal experience)
