Implantation bleeding

Hey ladies,

So it is currently day five of my period not being here. For the last year and a half my period has been on time. My partner and I did have unprotected sex using the pull out method last Month. My last period started on June 18th. I’m unsure of when we had sex but we used the pull out method. I just went to the bathroom today and I had light pink discharge. I did take a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative but it could still be too early my doctor said. Could the pink discharge be implantation bleeding or am I getting my hopes up?
