Keeping 15 month old busy

I’m off for the summer and I need some ideas of how to keep her busy. She constantly needs to be doing something and an activity can’t last too long or she becomes disinterested. Our days are pretty routine. Things I usually do already:

Take walks around our neighborhood

Play on the back deck with our water toys

Color

Fingerpaint

Read stories (1 at a time)

Go to story time at library

Play with toys

Sing

Meet up with friends and their kids for pool

Anything other fun ideas?
