Do you get your period exactly 14 days after you ovulate or can it vary?

I got my positive opk on cd 16 so I assume I ovulate on cd 17. I got my period on cd 29 which would be only 12 days. My question is did I ovulate earlier and not realize or does the luteal phase vary in length.

Normal is 14, but every women is different. Mine is 16 days

For me it’s always the same. The one month I ovulated a day late, my period was also pushed back a day.

I have a 16 day. Since it varies either direction by 2 days, I have had an 18 day several times.
