Help please! Im supposed to be 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. I went to the hospital because I started bleeding. My levels are at 3,250 this morning, and cervix closed. All the ultrasound saw was a sac :( they think im 5 weeks pregnant. Any advice?

Hey don’t worry, I was supposed to be 6 weeks & 2 days when I had my first ultrasound & come to find out I’m measuring 2 days behind, probably late ovulation. 2 days really does make a difference when you’re pregnant in the first trimester. Bleeding is normal, as long as it’s not heavy bleeding. I didn’t see anything or hear anything at the hospital and when I went to the doctors 2 days later I saw something very tiny and was barely able to pick up a heartbeat. I’m 12 weeks now & baby is healthy so far.

Is it a lot of blood? When I had mine it was as much as my normal period 😔 but way more painful cramping.

I bled heavy at what I thought was 6 weeks baby measured behind at the time so they said 5 weeks I bled heavy again the following week no cramps each time baby was fine. I am now 12 weeks 3 days baby caught up and measured on time and is perfect! Hope this gives you some positive hope.

Are you sure about your ovulation date? It’s very likely you could be off and at this point a few days can make a massive difference in terms of what they can see.
