Vaginal Infections!!! PLEASE HELP!!

I have a problem with vaginal infections. They seem to cone very often. I was on antibiotics a month or so ago and it clear for a while but came back with a vengeance. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these for good? Or how to treat naturally? This is NOT A YEAST INFECTION. I have a bacterial in infection.
