My five year old has had these bumps for a couple of months. They seem to be getting worse? Any idea why this is??

Looks like warts. which kids do get. If it is, get it checked immediately and have them frozen off. It will only continue to spread. I remember 2 friends getting these as little kids and they covered their entire hands by the time it spread.

Change her current bed sheets ,do not let her wear the same outfit she's been wearing for the past month, bath her daily and apply vaseline

Have you been to a doctor yet? I would have guessed bug bites or something but they have been there so long. I haven't seen anything like it personally. If they have been there that long I would definitely go see a doctor.
