Low lying placenta

I have been told by my dr that I have a low lying placenta that is very close to my cervix. They said that baby may move up and they will recheck at 32 weeks (I am currently 26). All kicks and movement thus far have been very low and below my belly button. Anyone experience this in the past? They said there may be a chance of having to do c-section, wondering if anyone else out there has same issue and or had c-section due to this issue
