When’s the best time?

When is the best time to take a ovulation test? Will drinking a lot of water effect it? I’m supposed to ovulate today so I took the test to confirm it. Well I took one and it was invalid so I took another 30 mins later. And the line was barley there.

They say afternoon to evening is best, as the LH surge is often in the morning (and needs some hours before detected).  For me, I drink a lot of water and only get positives if I test with FMU.  I just take it into consideration.

For me, I will get a positive opk if I'm about to ovulate any time of the day even if I've drank alot of water.

I tested mid afternoon early evening you should get the digital test it takes the guess work out of it a bit more money but Worth it  in my opinion 💜

When I am about to ovulate (or when I think I am) I test in the mornings (I know your not supposed to) but I drink too much water throughout the day and it always skews it

I usually start testing late afternoon/ early evening (when I get home from work) every day after day 10 until I get a positive.
