Any of you had brown spotting with clots and had a healthy pregnancy?

I had a missed miscarriage in April and the only indication was spotting😭. 
I’m spotting again at 7+ weeks but it’s only after a bowel movement.. 
there spotting was brown with some clots

Have an ultrasound done. I had spotting with both my MC’s and they were confirmed via ultrasound they stopped growing and no longer had heartbeat. ☹️

Call dr. They can do levels and if its progesterone issue give you progesterone.  Fingers crossed ❤
