Someone help!!
I’ve never worked out w weights but tatted to a few weeks ago. Today I did so again after taking a break for ab a week. I did up body- shoulders, arms, chest, back. I never pushed myself too far or anything like that. If anything I wasn’t going my hardest I could have but normal workout overall.
Now I’m trying to sleep and my chest feels tight, my heart rate *feels* like it goes up a lot but then I take it and it’s ab 90’s or so. It feels like I have to take really deep breaths too. Now I do have asthma but 1. I took my inhaler b4 workout. And 2. I worked out hours ago and the entire day I was fine.
Last week - the entire 7day week- ‘‘tis happened to me but it would all of a sudden wake me up from my sleep with a fast heart rate/ heart palpitations, or it would be a really slow heart rate making me feel dizzy. I was scared to sleep, took anxiety medicine (which sometimes helped) , or drowsy medicine. I went to the ER at one point but by the time I got in, my symptoms stopped. I took 2 ekgs in one day, wore a 24hr ekg, they got my blood and everything came back fine. Sometimes my heart rate would randomly go to 180s, and one other time t went to 40 (on the 24hr ekg). Idk what’s happening. If it’s related to me working out? If it’s panic/ anxiety attacks?
Last week I worked out the Wednesday and Thursday and then the following 7 or so days was bad like this. Last two-3 nights ive been good you till now. Someone help me
