Miscarriage?
Ive never actually had one, just a tubal so i went straight to wr with horrible pain. Im not bleeding or spotting but the left side of my back is starting to hurt and my stomach is making bubbly noises?? I had an ultrasound 2 days ago, sacs in my uterus but nothing else and he was concerned i might miscarry what do i do
