So some of you may remember a few days ago telling you my mom demanded we do our gender reveal after everyone arrived at our party instead of waiting until everyone ate, well we didn’t and went on to have our party... my sister showed up (unannounced as a surprise) from out of state (which i thought was awesome, i love my sister) but then during the actual reveal she intervened. She knew the gender all along because she was in charge of ordering the color of confetti popper we needed (my husband and i had no clue what color it was) well husband and step son popped the popper and she had deliberately ordered one of each color to throw a wrench into it to put a “fun spin” on the party. I’m still so upset over this. This is what my family does, if something (that they have no part in planning and are invited as guests even) is going on they find a way to completely over take it. Do i have a right to be upset? I wanted to have the pop reveal and that was it but it turned into this big thing. Here’s the video of the whole event transpiring.
