Adult Acne - Your Solutions?

Question

I'm 26 years old and never had acne whatsoever as a child/teen. Now, for the last 1.5 years I've been breaking out like crazy! Mainly on my forehead, but also my cheeks close to my nose. 
What your your solutions/remedies/cures to adult acne!? 
I'm desperate! Please help!!!

I’ve had problems with acne since I was a teen I tried proactive and everything else you can think of don’t do it . Yes the problem will clear up put if you miss one day boom a break out and that was a hefty bill to keep buying the kit every month. 
I started using cetaphil , I got it from walmart , it has been the best thing ever my skin is clearer and the only time I’ve had a bump or two was that time of the month. I use organic African black soap at night & coconut oil as my moisturizer after . I also do Aztec clay mask I try to do them once every so often. Aloe is also good to use as a mask as well . You can find aloe at your supermarket or farmers market . & I started taking vitamins zinc & vitamin A . You can look up the benefits of the vitamins on YouTube as well .

girl...I know your pain I had it since I was 8🤦🏻‍♀️ I recommend witch hazel, aztec face mask, and a mild moisturizer. for cleansing, I recommend Burt’s bees mild cleanser. exfoliate twice. I like using herbalism from lush. have you recently had hormonal/ diet changes? if so, that may also be a huge cause of it as well. lmk if u need anything else. good luck!!
