EGG RETRIEVAL- Help!

Hi everyone!! I am day 13 of stims and just triggered (Tuesday)! I am extremelyyy bloated and uncomfortable. Egg retrieval is Thursday! Question is, how long did everyone take off after the retrieval and what was your healing process like? Thank you!!
