skin growing over

hello everyone. i got my nose pierced 4 days ago and yesterday i noticed it sinking a bit but i decided to wait and see if it would get better. i woke up this morning and a thin layer of skin had grown overtop of it. i pushed it up and cleaned it, but i’m still freaking out because it’s still sunk really far. what should i do?? will i have to take it out??
