I got my positive at 3weeks and 6 days pregnant.. had first ultrasound at 12+3 showing one baby... all the machines here are about 30 years old.. no doppler to hear baby's heart beat... I am in Egypt... the first pic is belly progress.. second is tonight.. the third is dated.. the top of my uterus is where my fingers are in the second pic and occasionally I feel the baby slightly higher.. and this baby has been distorting my belly since 16 1/2 weeks.. also baby is only still for 4-6 hours in the afternoon.. and im 21 weeks as of today.. Oct 4... and I still randomly dream we come home with a hidden twin.. boy/girl twins in the dream and the girl is a surprise
