Brown blood and cramps, then nothing

So my LMP was 6/25 and I took femara CD 3-7. My opks never got darker so I stopped testing on CD 17. Fast forward to three days ago. I had some pretty decent cramping and a tiny bit of brown blood only when I wiped. The next day, more cramps and only brown blood (it honestly looked like I was wiping a #2! TMI, sorry). Today, I have no cramps and no blood anymore. I’m supposed to take femara again CD 3-7, but I only bled for less than two days. What do I do? Thanks.
