Ovulation help??

So, I've been using the strips twice a day, so far glow says they're negative, I see two lines but have no idea what I'm doing 🤣, I've had some cramping on my left side and when I just wiped there was a bright blood/ pink but it wasn't like a clot or anything, just regular for wiping lol if that makes sense... help meeee lol, I've attached a picture of my calendar for glow...
