Taking a break from treatment and no AF insight

So, I’ve been going through treatment for 6 months. IUIs and one fails transfer. I’ve decided to take a break because it had all been such an emotional roller coaster. According to this app I’m 6 days late. Is it normal to be this late after stopping treatment? Should I be worried?
