Is $18,000 AUD a lot for implants and lift?

I refuse to go to Thailand or overseas to get surgery but for Australian ladies is this worth spending? I feel like that’s so much money just to ease my insecurities. I have three kids that go to public schools is it wrong of me to for once treat myself for some nice boobs (my kids sucked the meat out of my boobs and has left them sagging to the ground) when I could be spending that $18,000 for them to go to a private school or somthing I’m just using that as an example. I just don’t know I don’t want to leave it for much longer cause I would like to make the most out of my life with them I don’t want to be 45 and just getting them then arghhh this is a hard decision. Any advice please
