Should I be concerned?

Question

We only got off our birth control 7/3, with my OBGYN saying to wait for our first period before having sex. Luckily I had a period that started the next day and shortly after we started having unprotected sex. 
Flash forward to the last couple days. My back aches, I’ve been low key nauseous for several days... All my digestion has been off. Could I possibly be pregnant already? I’ve been all ready for it to take a couple months, but I don’t feel like myself at all. 
Would just appreciate some insight.

Do you know when you ovulated?  It seems too early, and all of these could be period symptoms too. Our bodies are tricky and mean

It’s very possible. Usually your body doesn’t get back to normal for about 1-3 months after stopping birth control. I stopped taking mine in early June and no pregnancy yet but it’s still possible. Take a pregnancy test. That’s the only way to know for sure.
