Second period after MMC

Hi ladies I had a MMC at the end of May and I got my first period as normal 4 weeks after. It’s now the second cycle and I’m 3 days late with a negative HPT. Did anyone else have issues with the second cycle even if the first returned like normal? Would love to hear some advice please.
