I feel hopeless
I’ve been feeling down and I can’t sleep, it’s currently 3:28 am and my anxiety just seems to be getting the best of me lately.
My anxiety has just been presenting itself in different forms
It showed up in my dreams (I learned there is such things as anxiety dreams), recently it has been causing really bad paranoia, anxiety attacks, it’s been making me feel really bad about myself and honestly i don’t know what to do.
The last thing I want is to have to take pills to function and trust I’m not judging anyone who does take medication to better themselves but honestly i just don’t ever want to feel dependent on pills to get through the day....
