Just wanted to share our experience with the Halo Premire Swivel Series Bassinest. I placed my sleeping 3 day old in the bassinest, left to wash my hands and quickly returned to find her rolled onto her side near the mesh. I place her on her back and watch in horror as her little body begins to lean to the same side. I took her out and had my husband look at it. The bassinet is not level once you put a baby in it! It tilts forwards!!! We started googling and apparently this is a well known issue the company refuses to acknowledge. We emailed halo last week and have had no response. We even took it apart and put it back together again. I had to buy a new bassinet. And the halo is sitting useless in a corner.
