Trouble with Fasting Number
I’ve only had my meter for 2 days but my fasting numbers were above both mornings (102 and 100). I know it’s not far off, but I’m curious if others have found ways to help this? My number last night after dinner was 96 and I wasn’t really hungry so I ate 5 small strawberries (5g) it just seems so strange! The nurse said the fasting number was the hardest but I just wonder if anyone else has figured out how to control it!
Also, I’m on bed rest for incompetent cervix so no exercise for me all day anyways.
