During early pregnancy, is it normal to have nipple pain only or entire breast tenderness?

I get really bad anxiety about being pregnant and for the past few days my nipples sting so badly. I cant even barely touch them at this point or I wince in pain. However, the fat on my breats don't hurt at all and they dont seem to be growing. Im not sure if this pain is because I've been wearing bras almost all day every day or if its a sign that im pregnant. My period doesnt start for a few more days so i just wanted to make a poll and get some opinions to try and settle my mind. Maybe you could also leave a tip for me or let me know if you get this too and what you do about it? Thank you.
