What are your best remedies for anxiety/depression when you can’t leave work?

All the things I can do that would make me feel better, are things I can’t do at my desk at work. I can’t leave for another 6 hours and I feel mentally horrible.

I sit at a desk all day and I have a computer.

I need a distraction or some sort of relief or I don’t know how I’m going to make it through the day...
