SOS?? Odd Discharge

Hi everyone so back story, I started new birth control 2 and a half weeks ago, my last period was nearly 3 weeks ago and now all of a sudden I’m having really weird discharge and well what you see below.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Anyone ever experience this before? It’s also accompanied by slight cramps.
