Please help me! I've been working at this nursing home for a long time off and on.... I've been here since September 2018 (the 2nd time around) and still work reliably and constantly BUT we dont get benefits, i make minimum wage, and i do EVERY position in the building!!! WELL a few things have really fucked the crew and we are needing LOTS of hours filled... my bosses daughter just got out of ICU, she already freaked out on everyone the other day claiming she doesnt care about any of us since her daughter is sick... so I told her yesterday I'd help out as much as I can and now I just got hired back at an old job that I LOVED and make GREAT money at!!!! My pay check would be literally tripled/quadrupled in 2 weeks time and everyone rn that knows is making me feel awful for putting a notice in and now I'm super anxious because my boss is on her last straw rn and I dont wanna be the one to break her help:( PS I didnt know I was gonna get the job so quickly!
