Could I be?!

Question

So my period is 3 weeks late (as of Sunday 10/4) and my boobs are sore and swollen, I have gained a few lbs and have been super bloated. I get random cramping here and there like period cramps but they only last about 20seconds then subside...

I have had a dr appt for this Thursday to have my yearly woman exam and talk about switching my birth control method.. It's been set for a few month now..Will my dr be able to know from my exam if I am pregnant or not.. Without a test yet? Is that something that can be noticed whole feeling around in there during a pap?

I wouldn't think they would be able to tell. But then they might can. This is a really good question...  Lol. I'd still test to be safe.. Im Intrigued now.  Hshaha

They can't tell this early if your prego sadly.. But They can do a pregnancy test and order a blood test also with no problem. I use to always ask about my GYN being able to see any inner baby changes that may have taken place and it's always not possible thats why they do the other test. Good luck!
