Please help me
I’m a 17 year old girl who is around 151 pounds but definitely feel around 200. I’m starting my senior year but I want to look fit and slimmer for the rest of my high school year.
Problem is...I’ve tried to work out and eat healthy but I soon break and give up. How do I keep my motivation. I want this so badly but my body feels weak and every day I wake up I feel so tired.
Today I started my period so I feel extra down..
I just need help on what I should do..because I love chips but I wanna be slimmer and happier about myself.
Specially about acne..I would buy expensive stuff but I just quit my job due to them mistreating me.
