Period length

Was just curious if anyone else on here had a period that pauses???

I have a few health issues including Endo and PCOS, however my periods for the last year or so go as follows:

Day 1: Intense Pain and light bleeding, along with the ridiculously painful bum spasms (the ones that legit stop you in your tracks because you can’t move)

Day 2: Insane hemorrhaging and clotting, intense pain terrible terrible pain front and back .

Day 3, it’s like I bled too much on Day 2, super super light barely anything...with just normal aches and cramps

Day 4 light

Day 5-7, back to a normal flow amount.

Anyone else have this issue???
