Vagisil??

Alright all, two weeks ago I had a UTI. I went to get an antibiotic which definitely helped but then spent a week on the road dehydrated as all get out. The last couple of days I've felt sore and itchy around my vagina, but I've been drinking a lot of water to help rehydrate. Is vagisil worth buying to help with the irritation?? I have an unrelated doctors appointment next week that I will bring attention to if need be. Just looking for a quick fix!
