So my husband is a wrestler and puts his blood, sweat and tears into it as much as he possibly can. He also works a regular job to support his family. Here recently the company he wrestles for has been getting mad because instead of wrestling he is working his regular job to support his family and they want him to quit his job to wrestle or fire him. Do you think they are in the wrong?

The pay is $20 a night. He had not signed any kinda contact or anything. It's just something to do in his free time. He is not required to be there if he does not want to be bit he never ever misses and drives at least 2 hours away to go.
