Recurrent UTI with IUD

So I got a uti in may got antibiotics for it

I got another Uti July 2 also got positive for BV ( bacterial vaginosis) got antibiotics for it as well. Just came back from vacation and just started feeling like another one is coming again. You guys think it’s my IUD mirena? I am sexually active, not using protection same partner for 3 years already. I got test for STD as well negative.
