Can braxton hicks be painful??

Yes. You can also have false labor or prodominal labor like I've been having which feels to me exactly like early labor did but the contractions go nowhere. Sometimes I'll have a bunch of irregular contractions or a string or regular contractions but they stop. My doctors are not concerned. You can always call or go in if you are concerned though.

Iv heard they can be . I mean mine don’t tickle but really uncomfortable but bearable . Lower back pain with them sucks the most for me

Never had painful Braxton Hicks with my first pregnancy. And they weren’t painful when they started with this pregnancy. But it’s been so hot i got dehydrated this past week and have had to go into my drs office twice they’ve been so painful!
